“User” refers to any individual who uses our services, including passengers and visitors to our website and app.
“Driver” refers to individuals providing transport services on behalf of the Company.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. You will receive a confirmation via
SMS or email upon successful booking.
Cancellation Policy: Users may cancel a booking within 2 days without incurring charges. Cancellations
made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If the user fails to show up at the pick-up location within 30 minutes, the booking will be
considered a no-show, and a fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
Fare Estimates: Estimated fares are provided at the time of booking but are subject to change based on traffic,
route, waiting time, and other variables.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Payments must be completed at the end
of the journey unless pre-paid.
Additional Charges: Tolls, parking fees, and other applicable charges are not included in the fare estimate and
will be added to the final amount.
4. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during booking. Incorrect details may
result in delays or cancellations.
Behavior: Users are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers. Abuse, harassment, or
misconduct will not be tolerated.
Safety: Seat belts must be worn at all times. Users are prohibited from carrying illegal substances, weapons, or
engaging in any unlawful activities during the ride.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Professional Conduct: Drivers must provide safe, reliable, and professional service. They are required to adhere to
all traffic laws and Company policies.
Vehicle Maintenance: Drivers must ensure their vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability: The Company will strive to provide timely and reliable service but does not guarantee
availability at all times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Personal Belongings: The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
It is the User's responsibility to ensure all belongings are removed at the end of the ride.
Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. The Company is not responsible for the
content or privacy practices of these external websites.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to
the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any User for violating these Terms and Conditions
or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
